You do not need prior tax preparation experience. You do need to be willing to learn, complete training, use the required systems, market yourself, and serve clients professionally.
Compensation is based on eligible tax preparation fees actually collected and is subject to the executed Beginner Tax Pro agreement.

The higher percentage begins when the applicable tier is reached and is not retroactive. Final compensation terms are governed by the Producer Agreement.

ERO incentives are calculated using the highest production tier achieved. Example: 100 eligible funded returns at the $5 tier = $500. Higher-volume relationships may qualify for a custom agreement.
